Responsibilities Assist in other facets of the Human Resources Department Submit reports on time Works with people managers across levels to support overall organizational health, promote employee engagement, and drive high-performing teams Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; timekeeping; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. HR Generalists have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation, labor law, and employee training and relations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience. Has good verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Google Sheets) Excellent record keeping. Hands-on experience with HR duties and tasks Understanding of social media sourcing strategies and specialty professional websites Willing to do field work. Goal-oriented and displays a sense of urgency With experience doing end-to-end hiring Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Maintain and update bulletin boards (birthday celebrant, memos, announcements, and others.) Preferably with experience in the Food & Beverage industry, but not required. Willing to be assigned in Naic, Cavite. Knows how to drive, and with a valid Driver's license is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
