Responsibilities
- Assist in other facets of the Human Resources Department
- Submit reports on time
- Works with people managers across levels to support overall organizational health, promote employee engagement, and drive high-performing teams
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; timekeeping; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
HR Generalists have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation, labor law, and employee training and relations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Has good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Google Sheets)
- Excellent record keeping.
- Hands-on experience with HR duties and tasks
- Understanding of social media sourcing strategies and specialty professional websites
- Willing to do field work.
- Goal-oriented and displays a sense of urgency
- With experience doing end-to-end hiring
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain and update bulletin boards (birthday celebrant, memos, announcements, and others.)
- Preferably with experience in the Food & Beverage industry, but not required.
- Willing to be assigned in Naic, Cavite.
- Knows how to drive, and with a valid Driver's license is a plus.
