Position Overview

We’re seeking a Business Funding Expert to become an integral part of our funding operations. You’ll assist with client qualification, business structuring, funding applications, and post-funding support. Working closely with our team, you’ll help entrepreneurs gain access to capital while ensuring smooth communication and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Qualification
    • Review client eligibility using established checklists (personal credit + business requirements).
    • Request, receive, and review documents (e.g., credit reports, business registrations).
    • Follow up with clients to collect missing details and confirm requirements are complete.
  • Business Structuring Support
    • Verify proper business registrations (LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp), EIN, and DUNS numbers.
    • Ensure clients have professional business setups (800 numbers, business emails, websites, addresses).
    • Suggest trusted resources/providers for any missing elements.
  • Funding Application Management
    • Submit credit card applications across Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax per our strategy.
    • Track and record application outcomes (approvals, limits, denials).
    • Update clients on results and prep them for upcoming funding rounds.
  • Post-Funding Support
    • Calculate and invoice the 10% success fee once funding is secured.
    • Provide clients with educational resources on leveraging credit for growth.
    • Maintain detailed records of client progress, milestones, and payments within our CRM.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Required : Prior experience in business funding and/or credit repair in the United States .
  • Experience as a VA, Funding Specialist, or in credit/financial services is a strong plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with task management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
  • CRM experience (we use Go High Level) to manage client pipelines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial/personal data with discretion.
Technical Requirements
  • Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Tools & Systems You’ll Use
  • CRM : Go High Level – track clients and funding milestones.
  • Task Management : Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
  • Communication : Pre-built email templates, messaging systems, and follow-up workflows.
