Responsibilities

In this role, your mission is to lead quality at the highest level, delivering flawless user experiences through innovation, automation, and strong leadership. You will make a direct impact by:

• Performing thorough manual testing for web and mobile applications, and developing/executing detailed test plans and test cases.
• Building and maintaining automated end-to-end tests using Cypress and API tests using APIdog.
• Developing and implementing AI solutions, including the creation and deployment of AI agents, to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in QA, specifically in web and mobile application testing.
• You have familiarity with WebRTC, Zoom/Teams integrations, and API authentication (OAuth 2.0).
• You have a basic understanding of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• You have experience working on AI Powered Applications.
• You have experience using the latest AI Coding assistant tools.

Technical Skills:

• You have strong attention to detail in identifying bugs, validating fixes, and ensuring product quality.
• You are effective in Agile teams with solid documentation and clear reporting skills.
• You have a strong grasp of QA methodologies, with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Non-Negotiables:

• Cebu City location.
• Initially onsite for 90 days, then hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH).
• Availability for Day Shift (7 AM – 4 PM PH Time).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

Bonus Points:

• Proficient in or open to leveraging AI tools to enhance test automation, bug detection, and QA efficiency.
• Certifications in Data Governance (e.g., CDMP) or related fields.
• Familiarity with business frameworks (e.g., Harvard Business Review related to data value creation).
• Experience using AI Tools and applications.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance and data privacy regulations.
