Overview ACCOUNTING OFFICER — Salary up to: PHP 20,000. Work from home (or hybrid option in Batangas City). Full‑time, long‑term employment. Open to fresh graduates. One week after posting: 1st 25 applicants considered. Responsibilities Assist in financial analysis by interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and preparing reports to support decision‑making Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing accurate and timely financial information Accurately maintain and update books of accounts (Journal, Ledger) Collect daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets Calculate employee work hours Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level Enter new employee data into company’s database Collaborate with the HR Manager to collect data for performance management and improvement programs implemented by HR Participate in the implementation of regulatory compliance and reporting Contribute to policy development and documentation Contribute to the development and smooth flow of company‑employee communication Adhere to and assist in facilitating programs for employee safety, welfare, and wellness education Monitor formats and quality standards Distribute payment statements and respond to employee questions about compensation, benefits, and deductions Participate in meetings with top‑level executives Communicate and transact with different providers Actively source providers that can enhance and automate financial‑related processes Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accounting Management, Business Administration, Financial Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent 6 months to 1 year accounting related experience At least 1 year experience as Payroll Accountant Working knowledge of basic accounting principles Knowledgeable in manual bookkeeping Experience processing at least 80 to 100 employee salaries Familiar with Labor Laws High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information Excellent communication and organizational skills Creative ability & writing proficiency Ability to deal with people at all levels Detail‑oriented; strong multi‑tasking and prioritization Proactive, able to work with minimal guidance and adapt to change Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word — intermediate; Excel — expert) Equipment Requirements Laptop/Desktop (at least i3/i5 or equivalent AMD with 8 GB RAM) Windows OS: 10 and above Computer headset with noise‑cancelling feature HD Webcam Wired internet connection; minimum 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload Software: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, PDF reader, AnyDesk, Discord, Zoom Work Setup & Benefits Work from home or hybrid — Batangas City Full‑time and long‑term employment Basic salary plus government mandated benefits Health benefits, leave credits, bonuses, and other incentives Opportunity for leadership and promotion as the company grows Salary based on skills, attitude, performance, and attendance Shift: Graveyard We look forward to meeting you #J-18808-Ljbffr
