We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee accounting operations, review financial outputs, and lead a team of associates delivering accurate, timely client reporting. This role is ideal for a CPA with strong technical skills, leadership ability, and a drive to build meaningful results through structured financial processes. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will manage a portfolio of clients, guide junior staff, and ensure high-quality accounting compliance in line with Philippine regulations and firm standards. Customer Relationship Personal Evolution Autonomy Administrative Work Technical Expertise Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day accounting operations Review journal entries, reports, and reconciliations Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings Oversee client tax compliance and reporting Guide and support accounting associates Must Have Licensed CPA 3+ years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of PH accounting and tax standards Leadership and team coordination skills Excellent attention to detail and communication Nice to have Experience in handling multiple client accounts Background in outsourced accounting or shared services Familiarity with accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) Exposure to audit-ready or SEC-reporting companies Process improvement or documentation experience At Estavillo & Company CPAs, we invest in people with potential.
