What You’ll Be Doing As a Procurement Analyst, you’ll be part of the procurement team and will be the engine that ensures efficiency and accuracy of the supply chain. You'll also be reporting directly to an Australia based manager, giving you the chance to collaborate closely with the international team. Your key tasks will include: Inventory Optimization: Analyzing inventory performance, developing stocking strategies (including PSLs and min/max levels), and tracking ageing inventory to optimize working capital. Data-Driven Procurement: Preparing and issuing purchase orders to both local and international suppliers. You'll maintain accurate supplier lead times, pricing, and delivery data, ensuring procurement aligns with financial objectives. Performance Reporting: Tracking supplier performance across delivery, pricing, and quality. You will generate weekly and monthly reports on procurement performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory health. Continuous Improvement: Supporting the enhancement of demand forecasts and contributing to process improvement initiatives within supply chain operations. What You’ll Bring Experience: 3+ years\' experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain analytics. Systems Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and familiarity with BI/reporting tools like Power BI or SuiteAnalytics. You must be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formula creation). Global Exposure: Experience working with international suppliers (China, India, or Europe).
