Note: We are only looking for one Data Analyst role across these locations (India, Pakistan, Philippines, Turkey), but all postings are to be inclusive of country-specific searches. What We're Looking For Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within a product-based startup. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation. Advanced skills in SQL for querying and data manipulation. Experience with PostgreSQL or equivalent relational databases. Experience with visualization tools like Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms. Data Foundations: Expertise in data validation, cleaning, and preparation techniques. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to connect data insights to business problems and implement impactful solutions. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders (technical and highly non-technical individuals). Analytical Thinking: Ability to start with ambiguous problems, access and analyze relevant data, and draw meaningful conclusions. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on data accuracy and the ability to produce reliable analysis. Adaptability: Comfort in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Independence & Learning: Demonstrated ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make sound decisions with minimal supervision. Ownership: Ability to take ownership and drive projects from initiation through completion. Nice-to-Haves Exposure to tools like Zapier or similar for automating workflows and processes. Working knowledge of statistical methods for data analysis, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and probability theory, to support data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with tools such as AWS, Git, and Postman Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, or advanced analytics techniques to solve complex business problems and drive deeper insights.
