OverviewThe Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting shoppers in finding suitable clothing items, and achieving sales targets. The role ensures that the sales floor is well-presented, merchandise is replenished, and customers enjoy a positive shopping experience aligned with brand standards.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Provide product knowledge, styling advice, and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Ensure proper display, folding, and arrangement of merchandise according to visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stockman for timely replenishment.
- Process exchanges, returns, and handle basic cashiering when needed.
- Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and store campaigns to share with customers.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and product displays.
- Support in inventory counts, stock transfers, and other store operations as required.
- Senior High School graduate or College level preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Willing to deploy ASAP
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Comfortable with light lifting, bending, or reaching for merchandise.
