We are looking for a Marketing Associate who will play a key role in managing our social media presence and generating leads to support business growth. This role combines creativity with strategy, ensuring that our brand reaches the right audience while driving quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create content for the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Generate and qualify leads through social media, online platforms, and other digital channels
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and goals
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in social media management and content creation
  • Knowledge of lead generation strategies and tools (organic and paid)
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
