Customer Care Officer (Chinese Language Support) at StraitsX supports B2C and B2B customers, prioritizing Chinese-speaking clients, within a leading Southeast Asian digital assets payments infrastructure.
Your RoleHere’s what you will be doing:
- Serve as the point of contact for all customer inquiries, prioritizing Chinese-speaking clients/customers
- Meet service levels and KPIs defined by the company
- Resolve inquiries within scope and escalate appropriately when required
- Follow up on unresolved inquiries
- Complete ticket logs and reports
- Recommend process improvements
- Collaborate frequently with Product, Engineering, Compliance/Legal, and Marketing departments
- Perform other duties as assigned
The company is looking for:
- Intermediate language skills in Filipino, English, and Chinese (reading, writing, interpreting)
- Excellent verbal communication in Filipino, English, and Chinese
- Flexibility with shift working hours, including possible overtime
- Experience in customer service or call center roles, handling chat and emails preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Financial or tech background is a plus
