HR Delivery Operations Support Intermediate Analyst, Japanese Speaking Officer

OverviewRoles involve providing day-to-day operations support within Citi's HR Delivery Operations, coordinating with the Core Operations team, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients.
Responsibilities- Manage offboarding related processes and requests
- Execute work assigned, including annual review certification and change requests
- Serve as liaison to the business for work assignments by asking fact-finding questions, following up on open items and assisting with content approval
- Conduct needs assessment and update content or develop content-related solutions according to business requirements
- Research and seek solutions to inquiries on help content and other open items related to the business including policy gaps and changes
- Monitor work progression ensuring completion of assignments by the requested due date
- Ensure consistent application of team process controls
- Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics
- Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and Citi policies; escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency
- 5-7 years relevant experience
- Business level Japanese proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
