Technical Product Owner (Fixed-term) - 6491 We are looking for a dedicated Technical Product Owner for a fixed term of 12 months to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering technology solutions that support our global assessment operations. Work setup Hybrid work environment. Applicants should be open to working in the office two days a week. Work schedule Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours. Employment type Fixed Term (1 year). Location Makati City, Metro Manila. Pay range Php 102,000 to 140,000 per month. Salary range indicates a good fit for both parties. What you’ll do Own the product backlog and define user stories. Collaborate with development and UX teams to deliver intuitive and scalable solutions. Support testing, incident resolution, and agile coaching. Contribute to large-scale projects by ensuring comprehensive reporting, KPI tracking, and effective data communication. Influence product vision and roadmaps aligned with strategic goals. Ensure applications deliver real value to users. What you’ll need Essential Proven experience in product ownership, business analysis, or project management in a tech-driven environment. Skilled in Agile and Scrum practices, including backlog management and user story creation. Strong collaboration with developers, UX designers, and testers to deliver quality solutions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Familiar with AWS, cloud applications, and emerging AI tools; quick to learn new systems. Desirable Exposure to exam board processes or assessment technologies. Appreciation of cross-time zone collaboration. Basic Python experience (pandas and PySpark). Knowledge of Hue, Hadoop.
