Kepler is seeking Senior Technical Product Owner with exceptional communication and influence skills to join our team in revolutionizing the marketing ecosystem through our platform. You'll work with a strong technical team that has already built impressive technology, and your primary mission will be to build great products that increase adoption, build internal advocacy, and ensure our solutions meet the needs of all stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and gain buy-in for our solutions
  • Translate technical capabilities into compelling narratives that demonstrate clear business value
  • Create and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training materials that drive adoption
  • Partner with our engineering team to ensure our technical solutions address real business needs
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the product development process
  • Identify and remove barriers to adoption through effective communication and relationship building
  • Develop communication strategies to highlight product wins and success stories

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 11+ years of comprehensive experience in the Software Development Lifecycle, with a dedicated focus on Product Owner/Product Manager roles.
  • Certifications: Certified Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from or equivalent.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong background in AI & Automation Strategy and Platform Ecosystem Development. Experience with SQL & Database Management and Software Testing & QA.
  • Tools: Expert proficiency with JIRA & Confluence and experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Soft Skills: Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional teams, exhibit strong Stakeholder Management & Communication , and demonstrate a natural leadership style.
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Compliance: Experience ensuring Security Compliance & Accreditation is a plus.
