The Opportunity Riskonnect is looking for a talented Sales Operations Analyst to support the needs of our Sales Operations team. This role works closely with Sales Operations, Sales, and Finance to manage and maintain critical business processes and data. This role requires great attention to detail and successful candidates must be able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Report and update client entitlement records including contracted storage and usage, registered and contracted users. Support all stages of the sales cycle including preparing Opportunities, sales quotes, contracts and facilitation of contract execution. Maintain license inventory and associated analytics, including monthly reporting and reconciliations. Collabor and maintain sales process guides and related training documentation. Key participant in driving sales team readiness. Identify process issues and recommend solutions with corresponding communication plans. Works directly with Sales Team and leadership to support efficient and effective execution of the sales process. Facilitate client onboarding and offboarding activities. Carefully analyze and interpret contracts for extraction of key data points. Responsible for analysis and reporting of contract related data in an ongoing effort to increase efficiency of business operations. Facilitate and execute modifications to active,,, orders, project change orders, terminations, etc. Monitor and action contracts through various stages of the contract lifecycle. Develop analysis to be leveraged for business growth opportunities. Participate in training team members as needed. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Support CRM initiatives. Perform other job‑related duties as assigned. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of contract administration, contract management or other relevant experience supporting sales/legal organizations. 1+ year experience working with Salesforce CRM and CPQ. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required. Outstanding critical thinking, process improvement, and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Strong technical skills. Well‑organized and hard‑working, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment and manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure. Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities, comfortable navigating ambiguity and championing change. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this position, the employee must regularly talk or hear. The employee may stand, walk, sit, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs as required. Work Environment Work is performed primarily in an office in an open‑concept, collaborative cubical setting or separate office.
