About the job Operations Analyst US - IGTBG Qualifications: Graduate of Accounting, Finance,Business Administration, Office Management, or any relevant degree At least 3 years of experience as Real-Time Analyst, Workforce Analyst, or any relevant role Must be proficient inMicrosoft Excel and otherOffice 365 Applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, etc) Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team Self-starter and willing to take initiative Must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement and in a night shift schedule Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing operational activities across the service line. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Support the implementation of process improvements and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Maintain documentation and records related to operational workflows. Provide administrative and logistical support for projects and initiatives. Participate in meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
