Salary Range : ₱50,000 - ₱70,000 Work Setup : Onsite Shift Schedule : Day Shift Location : Davao City The role Supports the client with their development of strategies & standards aligned to overall company’s sales objectives. Your Responsibilities Helps create effective Sales Training module, methodology & measures in ensuring the building capability strategies are executed well and transforms into business results. Takes the lead on supervising projects & ensure everything is happening as planned. Ensure capability development of sales people Development of training modules What we19re looking for College graduate with good communication & Presentation skills. Sales & Marketing experience on GT & MT & well expose across channel management With depth Training experience & handling a Corporate Training position In depth understanding in Sales Operations (Distribution, Fundamental execution & any Salesrelated activities) Understands the fast-moving consumer goods business and uses knowledge & experience to achieve distribution and volume growth.
