About The Opportunity Our Value Added Services is looking for new individuals to join our team as Value Added Services as Project Coordinators. As this is a newly set up Service team, the incumbent must be able to provide a helping hand to internal and external stakeholders/customers following the VAS procedures and process. What You’ll Get To Do Work with a project team to monitor Value Added Services (VAS) projects to ensure their success. Interact with clients and attend to their requests through chatter in CSA. Maintain, monitor and upkeep of Value-Added Services projects status & dates in CSA. Collaborate with various stakeholders (internal/external) to ensure the scope of works are achievable and align in signed contract/SOW. Skills And Experience We Value Experience in customer service Exposure to basic project management principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Ability to deal with multiple clients at the same time Good computer skills, including MS Office suite. Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of initiative. Excellent problem-solving skills, think outside the box. Excellent communication skills, with a high level of written and verbal English French language skills an asset Knowledge of Salesforce an asset Experience with Dayforce an asset What Would Make You Really Stand Out Positive attitude and adaptability Incumbent needs to be calm and patient in repeating explaining the process and procedures to both internal and external stakeholders/ customers.
