What You’ll Do Manage Project Logistics and Documentation: Schedule and coordinate cross‑functional meetings, leadership travel, and executive visits while maintaining comprehensive project documentation, reports, and updates. Collaborate on Tracking and Oversight: Track project progress, budgets, and resources, providing timely and accurate updates to stakeholders, and assist Project Managers with daily project communication and activities. Support Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, log, and help manage project risks and issues, implementing necessary follow‑up actions and escalating concerns to leadership when required. What You’ll Bring Two or more years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a closely related administrative role. Strong knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana) and excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proven ability in budget tracking, resource management, and logistical planning, combined with a detail‑oriented and problem‑solving mindset.
