Overview AU/UK Senior Accountant role at MicroSourcing. Location: MOA Two Ecom, Pasay, Philippines. Work setup: Work From Home | Dayshift. Employment type: Permanent / Full Time. Responsibilities Take ownership of internal and external reporting requirements, including monthly management reports, statutory reports, and vendor-facing financial summaries. Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of AU and UK tax obligations (e.g. BAS, IAS PAYG, Corporation Tax, VAT). Liaise with external stakeholders such as vendors, auditors, and tax authorities to meet compliance and reporting deadlines. Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and templates, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy. Collaborate with the finance team for month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals with high attention to detail. Assist in the design, development, and automation of financial models and dashboards. Stay updated on taxation changes, statutory requirements, and accounting standards in AU and the UK. Contribute to internal audits, compliance checks, and control reviews. Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions.
