We are looking for an experienced and driven Deputy General Manager to lead the design and execution of business strategies while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

You will oversee the overall management of the entity, covering areas such as revenue and cost control, people leadership, supply chain efficiency, and customer relationship management. You will also provide strategic recommendations to top management to support business expansion and future growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business on a profitable growth trajectory including development and implementation of both short- and long-term strategy and blueprint based on market conditions, trends, competitions, customer needs, and capabilities of existing and potential new channels for all product categories: architectural, wood, protective coatings, automotive refinish, and marine .
  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the entity, including manufacturing, technical, supply chain, human resource, finance, and technical service ensuring the team meets the set productivity and efficiency targets.
  • Provide strategies and leadership to the sales team to achieve given targets.
  • Adapt, design, and implement marketing and brand plans to meet the Group and Company’s goals and objectives.
  • Manage, review, and develop internal controls and promote continuous improvement by recommending and driving new policies, approaches, and procedures when necessary.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree / Master\'s in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of general management experience within commercial and manufacturing environments, in building materials or construction chemicals industries.
  • Strong passion and proven success in achieving profitable business growth, distinct customer orientation, and strong customer interface skills.
  • Team player with a working experience of 15 years and more, which can influence and collaborate with multiple external and internal stakeholders , especially at senior executive levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) applications.
  • Good presentation skills, possesses strong self-confidence, and able to carry out presentations to a large crowd.
  • Good comprehension and usage of ERP systems such as SAP.
