IT Support Engineer – Associate – Salesforce Infor Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines – Full‑time – Associate – Information Technology – Software Development Responsibilities Provide end‑user support across enterprise applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. Create, maintain, and enhance SharePoint Online (off‑prem) pages/sites for business collaboration. Collaborate with IT Support to administer CLM solutions (e.g., ICertis CLM) – user access, workflows, and incident troubleshooting. Collaborate with IT support for CPQ applications (Infor CPQ or other solutions), assisting business teams in quoting and configuration processes. Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to resolve functional and technical issues. Perform SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and reporting purposes. Document issues, solutions, and contribute to a growing knowledge base. Collaborate with IT Project Team in application testing, user training, and enhancements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of IT support, application support, quality assurance, or end‑user support experience. Experience with SharePoint Online (off‑prem) page/site creation. Experience supporting ICertis CLM or other CLM tools. Experience supporting Infor CPQ or equivalent. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or others) is preferred. Basic to intermediate SQL skills for troubleshooting and reporting.
