Are you passionate about sports, tourism, and building purposeful connections?

Join us at PlanOut as we expand our outdoor events and tourism platform—driven by impact, sustainability, and the Leave No Trace principles.

What you’ll do:

  1. Generate leads & set appointments with event organizers, tourism partners, and LGUs
  2. Present PlanOut services, draft proposals & secure partnerships
  3. Collaborate with the creative team on campaigns, activations & community initiatives
  4. Support eco-tourism and LNT awareness projects through events and workshops
  5. Track projects, manage campaigns & prepare reports

What we’re looking for:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Business, Tourism, Communications or related field
  • 1–2 years of sales, partnerships, or event coordination experience preferred
  • Strong communicator & relationship builder (with LGUs & organizations a plus)
  • Skills in Canva, social media ads, or video editing are an advantage
  • Sports/outdoor enthusiast; willing to travel & work weekends as needed
  • Excited to be part of a fast-paced, impact-driven start-up

Job Type: Full-time
