Overview Account Director within Propel Manila and Elesi Studios, in the Client Services Department. The Client Services Department consists of strategic leaders and agency guardians that understand the business goals of their clients and the Agency, continuously building solutions that matter to brands and their consumers. Position: Account Director Department: Client Services Department Reporting Line: BUD / CSD Responsibilities Contribute to the development of the business unit’s strategy in delivering brand growth, agency revenue, talent development, and resource management. Ensure the strategy aligns with and enhances the agency-wide strategy set forth by the Executive Committee. Oversee the quality delivery of strategies through planned tactics and the year’s budgeted resources. Deliver the Business Unit’s revenue targets and co-create & track all BU cost proposals & budgets. Lead in identifying emerging technologies, platforms, behaviors, and communication modes to provide strategic digital solutions and potential rollout opportunities for new product offerings. Per Brand Responsibilities Develop growth plans per brand in collaboration with Brand Owners and their business priorities for short, mid, and long-term horizons. Operationalize strategic and tactical plans, managing resources (talent and others) for successful delivery. Optimize processes and co-author new service dynamics for the brand. Identify key partners needed for the success of brand strategy and tactical plans. With the Strategic Planner, develop strategic communications plans for clients to provide targeted insights and solutions between clients and the Agency. Develop sound frameworks and clear presentations to showcase the Agency’s output to relevant audiences. Talent & Stakeholder Management Represent Propel Manila’s management to ensure talents understand the agency’s strategic objectives, policies, culture programs, and delivery of financial targets. Partner with Culture & HR to represent the Talent’s voice in management meetings, including career roadmaps and opportunities, aligned with the agency’s direction. Build and develop client relationships, maintaining and enriching connections with clients’ key divisions. Culture Foster a culture-aligned team, living the agency’s values and approach. Act as an ambassador of the agency culture within the workplace. Key Skills and Requirements Problem solving, persistence, and belief in the power of the Big Idea to create purposive work. Determined leadership with a pursuit of purpose and excellence. Clear articulation and ability to provide direction. Strategic mindset in identifying problems, approaches, or solutions. Strong background in Digital Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Client Servicing.
