Job Description

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Director - Finance should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and statutory compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing complex financial reports.
  • Excellent knowledge of local and international accounting standards and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
