What You’ll Do
  • Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles, tailored to the needs of the Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system.
  • Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and related activities.
  • Act as a servant leader by identifying and resolving roadblocks related to Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system projects and operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address dependencies and challenges impacting system functionality or project timelines.
  • Encourage self-organization and accountability within the team, particularly in resolving Microsoft Dynamics-related issues.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlogs for Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service are properly groomed and prioritized.
  • Facilitate communication between the development team and business stakeholders.
  • Mentor team members on agile best practices and empower them to manage and enhance Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
  • Encourage continuous improvement by leveraging retrospective outcomes and fostering a growth mindset for enterprise system management.
  • Track KPIs such as system uptime, response times, sprint burndown, and cycle time to measure team performance and system success.
What You Bring To The Role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with demonstrated experience managing enterprise systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching agile teams working on enterprise-level systems.
  • Proficiency with agile project management software, such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills specific to enterprise system challenges.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC processes and agile methodologies applied to CRM systems.
