Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Scrum Master located in Cebu. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating sprint planning, managing user stories, and ensuring effective communication within the team. The role involves guiding and supporting the development team throughout the software development lifecycle, removing impediments, and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Sprint Planning and managing User Stories
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Software Development knowledge
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Cebu
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in microfinance or financial services industry is a plus
