What You'll Do
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks
- Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate
- Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, approval processes, validation rules, etc.
- Identify, install, and maintain appropriate apps from the AppExchange
- Plan ahead for upgrades, seasonal releases and long-term projects
- Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support
- Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables
What You Need to Qualify
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Salesforce administrator preferred
- Experience in performing salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
- Ability to provide salesforce training and end-user support
- Customize reporting and dashboards for various teams, provide reports and report training
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity preferred
- Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API
- Experience with the implementation of Google Analytics 4 and Hotjar via Google Tag Manager a plus
- Experience with the implementation of Google Ads via Google Ads Manager Account a plus
- Experience in managing Scheduling Software such as Chili Piper, MS Booking a plus
