Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager is a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor who can take our Food & Beverage business unit to the next level. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for our three core categories: Donuts, Coffee, and Craft Beer . Your plans will drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and brand recognition.
Sales & Business Development: Oversee all sales channels (retail, wholesale, e-commerce, B2B) and identify new market opportunities. Lead negotiations for key accounts, distributors, and partnerships to secure high-value contracts.
Marketing & Brand Management: Champion our brands Direct marketing campaigns (digital, social media, traditional, in-store) that resonate with our target audiences. Manage our brand identity, ensuring consistency and appeal across all touchpoints.
Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a best-in-class sales and marketing team. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
P&L & Budget Management: Take ownership of the sales and marketing budget. Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to make informed decisions and ensure profitable growth.
Product Launch & Innovation: Collaborate closely with the product development team on new flavors, brews, and seasonal offerings. Lead the go-to-market strategy for all new product launches.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Sales and Marketing leadership roles, preferably within the Food & Beverage (F&B) or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries. Experience with multi-category management (especially coffee and/or beer/alcohol) is a strong plus.
Commercial Acumen: A demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding challenging sales targets and managing a significant P&L.
Marketing Savvy: Deep understanding of modern marketing principles, including digital marketing, brand storytelling, and trade marketing.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to inspire, manage, and scale a diverse team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Others: Willingness to work onsite in Makati and to travel for work, if needed
