To apply, please submit your application via this link: Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to potential corporate clients to generate high-quality leads. Present, promote, and effectively sell ReadySetWork’s training courses and services. Identify potential business opportunities and successfully close deals to drive course registration and revenue growth. Establish and maintain positive, long-lasting business relationships with prospective clients. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all leads and client interactions using CRM software. Work Schedule and Contract Fixed Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Philippine Standard Time). Contract Status: This is an Independent Contractor role with an initial contract period subject to a 3-month performance evaluation for continuation. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: Competitive base pay in the range of ₱18,000 – ₱23,000 per month. Commission: Generous, uncapped commission tied directly to sales success. Work Setting: 100% remote position. Note: As an Independent Contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes and benefits. Qualifications We Are Looking For Proven experience in sales, telesales, or business development (preferably B2B). Understands Philippine business and communication culture when engaging in telesales. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong work ethic and high level of self-motivation. Knowledgeable in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a significant plus. High-speed, wired internet connection (recommended minimum of 30 Mbps DL). High-quality computer headset with noise-canceling feature. Active and reliable phone landline for outbound calls.
