In this role, you will take ownership of generating high-quality leads, engaging potential business clients through cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound prospecting efforts. Your goal will be to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities by identifying decision‑makers, nurturing relationships, and setting up meetings or demos for the sales team. Key Responsibilities Proactively conduct outbound B2B cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new leads and business opportunities. Research, identify, and reach decision‑makers to initiate conversations and qualify prospects. Build, organize, and maintain a robust pipeline of leads using CRM tools. Research target industries and companies to craft tailored outreach messaging. Schedule qualified appointments or product demonstrations for senior sales representatives. Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity and lead generation KPIs. Track outreach efforts and provide actionable feedback to improve campaign performance and conversion rates. Qualifications Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation (B2B preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to grab attention and create interest. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle objections and rejection professionally. Comfortable working with CRM systems and prospecting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo). Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in SaaS, technology, or other B2B industries. Familiarity with sales automation tools, email sequencing, and LinkedIn prospecting. Understanding of sales methodologies such as SPIN, BANT, or MEDDIC.
