This role is for a seasoned professional to optimize costs and manage inventory, ideally with Food & Beverage industry experience. Cost Management & Analysis: Develop and implement cost control strategies to improve profitability . Analyze product costing , production expenses, and operational efficiencies. Conduct variance analysis ; recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with procurement and operations to optimize costs without compromising quality. Ensure accurate standard costing and monitor deviations. Inventory Control & Management: Oversee inventory processes for optimal stock levels . Monitor inventory movement, reconcile discrepancies, and minimize waste/losses . Conduct cycle counts and physical audits . Develop inventory tracking systems and reporting tools for stock visibility. Financial & System Reporting: Utilize Business Central (ERP) or similar systems for cost and inventory reports. Leverage advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, data modeling) for financial analysis, forecasting, and decision-making. Align inventory valuation with financial reporting; present key findings to senior management. Collaboration & Process Improvement: Liaise with purchasing, warehouse, production, and finance to streamline workflows . Identify opportunities for process improvements in cost control and inventory efficiency. Implement automation and digital tools to enhance reporting accuracy. Ensure compliance with audit requirements. Qualifications: 3 years' experience in cost and inventory management, preferably in Food & Beverage . Advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, data modeling). Strong expertise in ERP systems , preferably Business Central . Excellent analytical, financial, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
