Job Overview Responsible for attaining the Accounting Department’s goal of accurate, complete, and timely filing and reporting of all transactions that are recorded and posted in the company’s Accounting Information System. Act as the integrator of all company data, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports. Responsibilities Compute and report costing of projects and services. Review and consolidate cost and margin analysis reports. Prepare journal vouchers for cost‑related adjustments. Review stock transfers (in/out); ensure transfer‑out from the originating warehouse is reconciled with transfer‑in in the receiving area. Organize and coordinate periodic and cycle inventory counts. Consolidate results of inventory counts. Investigate inventory shrinkages. Report periodic inventory balances. Organize inventory disposal. Prepare journal vouchers for inventory and cost‑related adjustments. Work closely with the inventory audit group. Monitor all asset movements in the accounting system. Other Functions Assist in other tasks during staff shortages or urgent situations, such as inventory counts, sales recording, special audits, and other duties. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related business course. Willingness to work overtime and in field areas such as stores, far provinces, and other outside locations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
