Position Overview

We are creating a world-class team of media professionals, and seeking an experienced Account Manager – TikTok Shop to develop our business with advertisers and their agencies – for TikTok Business Unit.

This position is located in our office in Manila, The Philippines and will require some travel to client and agency locations. The Account Manager – TikTok Shop will report to the Business Head – TikTok in The Philippines.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

  1. Execute, monitor, and optimize TikTok Shop Ad campaigns to meet performance goals.
  2. Gather campaign assets, set up campaigns, and manage creative approvals.
  3. Analyze campaign performance data and implement real-time strategies to improve key metrics (GMV, ROAS, Purchase).
  4. Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign and creative deliveries.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for advertisers and internal team, providing guidance on campaign strategies and resolving inquiries efficiently.
  6. Generate end of campaign performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
  7. Work with MediaDonuts cross-functional teams, including sales admin, data, and finance, to support end to end sales process.
  8. Stay updated on TikTok Shop Ads features, policies, and industry trends to ensure high quality service delivery.
  9. Be comfortable to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the timing of live streams.
  10. Adapt to a dynamic schedule to support live campaigns and ensure seamless ad operations during peak periods.

Required Qualifications

  1. 4+ years of experience managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or their agencies.
  2. Experience with e-commerce marketing platforms, especially TikTok Shop, is a plus.
  3. Be comfortable making decisions and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment, be results-driven, and have an ability to absorb complex concepts and communicate them clearly.
  4. Proven track record of translating marketing objectives into results for advertisers.
  5. Demonstrated experience effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues.
  7. Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision.
  8. Must have strong understanding of digital marketplace and understanding of the competitive landscape in which we operate.
  9. BA / BS degree. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for this position.
