Responsibilities Planning, implementing and supervising the company’s financial strategy and accounting policies Managing the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts and financial assets Producing and analyzing financial reports and statements Coordinating and completing annual audits and providing recommendations Improving systems and procedures and initiating corrective actions Assigning, directing and auditing accounting tasks or projects to a team of accountants Ensuring compliance and accuracy of financial information with company and legal regulations Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles Qualifications Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases Ability to manipulate large amounts of data Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations High attention to detail and accuracy Direct and supervise BS degree in Accounting or Finance Preferably graduate of BS Accountancy, or any related field Can work under pressure and can commit deadlines on time Preferably able to work at Kalaw Manila Can assist the accounting staff duties and responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
