Responsibilities :

• New Logo Sales "Hunter" mentality; individual contributor
• Respond to and close RFPs
• Understand prospect or client short-term and long-term strategic requirements through discussions with client executives
• Partner with Sales Leadership to establish optimal sales strategy for pursuits
• Collaborate with Sales Support, Account Management, Operations and other departments to meet or exceed client expectations
• Monitor economic and legal trends affecting sales
• Present information effectively to internal and external stakeholders
• Create strategies for all sales activities to maximize revenues
• Understand client business needs and communicate value propositions through proposals and presentations
• Generate new business and drive from open to close
• Identify growing, innovative companies seeking to scale outsourcing operations
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, selling and deal-closing skills
• Drive pursuit of innovation

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Inside Sales Manager; 8 to 10 years of service and solution selling preferred
• New Logo BPO sales experience highly desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects in a fast-paced environment
• CRM software and MS Excel proficiency
• Strong organizational skills; proactive and able to work with minimal guidance
• Willing to travel (US visa preferred)

Position Objective : This position is responsible for offering product solutions to the financial needs of BPI customers.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Cross-sell and upsell BPI-Philam products to BPI customers
• Establish, maintain and grow relations with bank partners in the branch and with prospective/existing clients
• Provide excellent customer service and aftersales service
• Prepare, submit and analyze sales reports
• Attend weekly meetings with bank partners and Bancassurance Area Managers for production updates and marketing campaigns
