Project Coordinator - Search Engine Account

About the role: This is a full-time role with Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions in Taguig City Metro Manila. You will provide outstanding customer service to clients as a SEO - Search Engine Account - CSR.

Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and providing timely and effective resolutions
  • Providing detailed and accurate information to customers regarding our products and services
  • Upselling and cross-selling additional services to customers where appropriate
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a Call Centre & Customer Service role, preferably within the Customer Service - Call Centre industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer queries
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Job Overview: We are looking for an SEO Specialist to manage all SEO, SEM, and other marketing activities for our Marketing Department.

A Snapshot of Your Role

The SEO Specialist will develop strategies and conduct keyword research to drive relevant traffic, diagnose and fix website issues, and collaborate with the team and other SEO specialists.

  • Develop optimization strategies to improve search engine rankings on Google, Yahoo, and Bing
  • Research keywords and optimize website content and marketing materials
  • Write compelling website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
  • Update content and links for maximum optimization
  • Identify strategies to increase visitors to websites
  • Collaborate with other teams to manage SEO strategy
  • Understand search engine algorithms and ranking methods
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in SEO with multi-account experience
  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
  • Proficiency with tools such as Moz, Alexa, Google Keyword Planner
  • Knowledge of backlinks, GA4, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, GTM
  • Experience with SEO programs like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is a plus
