What You'll Do- You will be responsible for developing and implementing a paid search marketing strategy that sustainably accelerates Emma's growth in the APAC region. You will leverage a data-first approach to conduct the following:
- Campaign Management: Manage the end-to-end execution of Google paid search campaigns, including account structure updates, keyword maintenance, seasonality adjustments, etc. You will define actions and implement them based on your findings.
- Budget Steering: Control and optimize paid search bidding strategies, ensuring effective allocation and maximizing return on investment across all markets.
- Testing and Optimization: Implement testing on the campaign type, landing pages, and bidding strategies scale best practices across the APAC markets. You will explore opportunities and lead integration of new functionalities, technologies, and tools to improve efficiency, harness automation, and identify new sources of growth.
- Performance Analysis: Track key performance metrics and utilize advanced analytics tools to generate insights that drive optimization and improve results across diverse markets. You will develop data-driven analyses, models, and reports to effectively measure efficacy and predict trends.
- Reporting and Insights: Regularly communicate campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of global e-commerce trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional commercial teams and global marketing teams to ensure strategies are aligned and tailored to local market dynamics.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Business Development, or E-commerce (startup exposure is a plus).
- You have a degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or have an equivalent form of education.
- You have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. You have ideally already gained first-hand experience working with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and/or Data Analytics.
- You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
