Sales Executive

Role Overview The Sales Executive will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue through strategic account management, market development, and proactive sales initiatives. You’ll represent the Stonehill brand in building relationships across the corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) sectors — ensuring that every client experience reflects our signature service. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, travel, and event clients Generate new business through field sales, networking, and local partnerships Handle client inquiries, prepare customized proposals, and negotiate contracts Conduct property tours and represent the hotel in trade and promotional events Work closely with Revenue, Front Office, and F&B teams to ensure sales conversion and execution Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management Minimum 2 years of proven experience in hotel sales or corporate account management Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Results-oriented with a proactive and professional demeanor Familiar with Bacolod corporate market and hospitality trends Knowledge of OTAs, CRM systems, or hotel reservation platforms is an advantage Preferred Experience Experience in boutique or 4-star hotels Exposure to events and banquets sales operations Existing network within Bacolod or Western Visayas business community Why Join Stonehill Suites?
