You'll be the bridge between creativity and structure — pitching new ideas, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth billing and payment processes. What You’ll Do Sales & Client Relations Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities for VIMO Advertising, Prints, and Studio. Develop and present sales strategies, decks, and proposals tailored to client needs. Confidently pitch marketing and creative concepts to both potential and existing clients. Manage client accounts and ensure seamless project delivery post-sale. Build lasting client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Finance & Administrative Support Assist with invoice preparation, statements, and payment processing. Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding client balances. Coordinate with the virtual Finance Manager on payables, collections, and reconciliations. Maintain organized and accurate records of financial transactions. Support smooth coordination between sales and finance operations. General Coordination & Reporting Prepare reports on client acquisition, sales performance, and payment collections. Support cross-departmental communication across all VIMO entities. Maintain a professional, proactive, and organized approach to all client and finance-related tasks. Assist in additional operational or administrative initiatives as needed. What We're Looking For Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, client relations, or finance (preferably in an agency or creative environment). Demonstrated experience presenting to clients or stakeholders, including pitch presentations and proposal delivery Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a solid grasp of basic financial processes. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable handling client-facing roles. Ideal Traits Energetic and personable — easily builds rapport with clients and teammates. Creative thinker with a structured, problem-solving approach. Dependable, professional, and driven by achieving results. Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment. Background in advertising, agency work, or business development is preferred.
