Marketing Communication Officer - Taguig

Job Description:

- Responsible for the proper implementation of the company’s guidelines and requirements pertaining to construction and renovation activities of mall tenants to ensure works are within plans and company standards.

- Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms, memorandum of agreement, and company house rules and regulations.

- Assist tenants in resolving construction-related problems in coordination with engineering and leasing departments.

- Facilitate the expeditious processing of tenants’ temporary and final clearances to operate.

- Plan, organize, supervise, check and monitor electrical and mechanical equipment of the property and tenant areas to ensure facilities are in excellent working condition.

- Inspect tenants’ areas to ensure design compliance with management standards and policies.

- Implement safety policies and regulations for tenant workers, in-house maintenance and contractors to ensure safety of tenants, customers and employees.

- Document progress of initiatives, status of facilities, and present reports to Mall Administrator and Engineering Operations Manager.

- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Graduate of Marketing, Business Management, Commerce or related course.

- Knowledgeable in mall operations, leasing marketing and admin functions.

- Negotiation skills and tenant management; deep understanding of mall/retail industry.

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience; ideally 2 years in Tenant Relations/Management at an officer level.

- Excellent written and oral communication; professional negotiation with tenants.

- Strong customer service, decision-making, reports and presentation skills; people management and highly organized.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; standard office equipment.

- Language: English and Filipino.

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
