Overview Documentation Clerk / Encoder (Contractual) Mabuhay Tower, IT Park, Cebu 5-Month Contract with Possibility of Absorption BE RESIDENCES is looking for 2 Documentation Clerks / Encoders to support our Sales Compensation Department . This role is project-based (5 months) as we transition to SAP, but outstanding performers may be considered for full-time, direct employment with us. Responsibilities Encode data into SAP accurately and efficiently. Assist the Sales Compensation Department in filing, organizing, and maintaining important documents. Support Sales Compensation Associates with document inventory and occasional client call-outs. Perform other administrative tasks as may be assigned by the department head. Qualifications Graduate of any 4-year course (Business Administration or related courses preferred, but open to all). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous clerical/office admin experience is an advantage; basic accounting knowledge is a plus. Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work under pressure. Willing to be trained and open to possible absorption as a regular employee. Can start ASAP .
