The IT Project Management Associate serves as the main point of contact for all IT-related initiatives within the organization. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of IT projects — from planning and coordination to execution and monitoring — ensuring each project aligns with business goals and delivers successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Act as the bridge between IT and business units for new project requests. Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders. Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with internal teams and vendors. Develop and maintain detailed project plans , covering schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones. Oversee vendor deliverables and manage third-party relationships. Track and report project progress, issues, and risks to management. Maintain a centralized dashboard of all IT projects — new, ongoing, and completed. Support IT leadership in strategic planning, resource allocation, and portfolio management. Ensure compliance with project management standards and governance processes. Document key project requirements, outcomes, and lessons learned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science , or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management or coordination . Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
