Role Description This is a full‑time remote role for a Manager/Director – Private Placement Sales (Tokenized Real Assets). The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and directing sales in the private placement of tokenized real assets. Day‑to‑day tasks include identifying and engaging potential investors, managing client relationships, advising on investment opportunities, and overseeing the sales process from start to finish. This role also involves collaborating with other departments to develop sales strategies and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Ideal profile 3-5 years in private placement / alternatives distribution / real assets / Web3 capital formation. Existing book of AI/PI relationships (SFO/MFOs, RMs, CIOs, PMs, principals) in APAC/MENA/Europe. Fluent with DDQ/IC workflows, NAV, treasury/risk frameworks, and tokenization mechanics (SAFTs/token warrants preferred but not required). Comfortable selling yield/real‑asset‑backed token to conservative allocators and crypto‑native funds. Excellent storytelling, professional collateral, uncompromising CRM discipline, and strong fund‑raising track record. KPIs (measured quarterly) Capital raised (committed/settled) and average ticket. Forecast accuracy and CRM completeness. Net new relationships activated (RM lines, FOs, funds). Compensation Competitive base + commission / success fee on capital raised. Token‑based upside (performance‑linked $LAND allocation and/or token warrant). Draw against commission in ramp‑up period. Tiered accelerators for >$X raised / quarter. Compliance notes (role‑embedded) Role focuses on private placement to AI/PI segments only; no retail distribution. Candidate must adhere to KYC/AML, sanctions, source‑of‑funds standards and operate under appropriate licensing/appointed‑repair arrangements in each jurisdiction.
