Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage projects to have maximum outcome and mínimal risk
  • Work with the client and team to develop the work plan and requirements
  • Responsible for the scope, work breakdown, time estimate, resource capacity, stage deliverables and any project related requirements
  • Manage status and progress and ensure all project requirements, client expectations are met beyond expectations
  • Ensure related key project performance indicators (KPI) i.e. team health, client satisfaction, conflict and impediment resolution, risk management, are positive and acceptable
  • Formulate and implement team policies in line with meeting KPIs and strategic goals
  • Can preside over the Business Analysis activity phase and facilitate meetings between the Business Analyst and project stakeholders, product owners, Client IT and users.
  • Lead the team of technical people in the performance of their roles and meeting the project requirements
  • Manage risks that may lead to project failure ahead of expected incident, including; scope creep, timeline delay, unresolved cost/ billing, resource issues, communication gap, meeting expectations, response time, team dysfunction, etc.
  • Must clarify and initiate project deliverables proactively
  • Must work well with client and team members
Qualifications
  • Must have three (3) years minimum experience in leading teams to deliver projects on: software development, IT solutions and system integration using Agile methodology
  • Must be able to manage a dynamic client organization and integrally adapt to transformational changes
  • Must be proficient in using MS Project or similar project management apps
  • Must be able to visualize project success, articulate status where the project is now and where to go
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to negotiate reasonably when needed
  • Must be able to manage performance of team member
  • Must be good in oral and written English communication
  • Must be good in using MS Office
  • Must be graduate of any BS/ BA course or equivalent
  • Having Master’s Degree is a plus

Salary : Php60,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month

Schedule :

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
