The Opportunity As a Pricing and Revenue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing data-driven pricing strategies and revenue models to ensure profitability while enhancing the customer experience. You'll collaborate across teams, especially with Finance and Data Analytics, to ensure accurate pricing structures and revenue tracking in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Pricing Strategy Develop, implement, and optimise pricing strategies aligned with MasterRemit's commercial and growth objectives. Conduct thorough market, customer, and competitor analysis to improve pricing models. Recommend data-backed pricing adjustments based on financial performance and market trends. Present actionable pricing insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Govern pricing override and manual adjustment processes ensuring compliance and control. Maintain and update internal pricing databases to ensure accuracy and transparency. Revenue Management Analyse transaction and market data to forecast demand and guide decision-making. Track competitor pricing strategies and evolving market conditions to maintain our competitive edge. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to implement consistent and effective pricing and revenue strategies. Monitor KPIs and revenue performance, delivering reports with clear insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. About You Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance. Minimum 8 years of experience in pricing strategy, financial modeling, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning. Proven ability to optimise, accelerate, and automate financial processes. Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and Google Sheets. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communicator—both written and verbal. Highly organised and capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Adaptable and eager to work in a growing, dynamic fintech setting. Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools. Background in financial services or fintech. Passionate about innovation in financial technology and open to long-term career development in the sector.
