Job Description:

MODIV, a global Consulting & Managed Services firm specializing in brand, marketing and commercial strategy and execution for global travel brands is looking for a Revenue Analyst to ensure the smooth operation of the Revenue Management department by providing assistance to the Analytics Manager in carrying out managerial and operational tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete daily/weekly/monthly reporting responsibilities
  • Update/prepare analytical tools and reports in Excel
  • Execute pricing and restriction changes, manage rate and inventory availability
  • Reservation data cleaning and maintenance
  • Ensure correct rate loading and communication of new rates and packages to reservations, front office, accounting and other departments
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor rates
  • Monitor rates across various channels to ensure rate parity
  • Assist in development of forecasts and budgets.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, operations and tech team.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Management Analyst role in the hospitality industry.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, specifically Pivot tables
  • Able to work 1x a month onsite nightshift duty in Makati
  • 13th-month pay

What You'll Do in This Role

  • Analyze monthly US revenue streams to identify key drivers behind growth and decline
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly revenue reporting for management review
  • Prepare provisions for customer debt that is deemed uncollectible in accordance with US GAAP requirements
  • Review and reconcile deferred revenue accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition
  • Support external audit processes related to revenue recognition and reporting
