Job Responsibilities
  • Manages and Maintains Process Manuals for the entire organization.
  • Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery
  • Identifies and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products
  • Communicate quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff
  • Review client, customer, and user feedback
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Remains current with local and global laws and regulations affecting personnel, employment practices, overall operations, laws or trends, and recommends new or revised policies and procedures as deemed appropriate.
  • Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
Requirements
  • 5+ years Operations leadership experience required (preferably in the Areas of Data Collection and/or Quality Assurance).
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle responsibility in a fast-paced, growing and changing environment
  • Professional demeanour and attitude
  • Strong intuitive and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work autonomously
