Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency across the organization. Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives effectively. Assess current operational processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operational workflows and communication. Monitor key performance indicators, metrics, and reports to drive operational success. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all times. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for operational activities. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on operations. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing team environment. Liaise with senior management to align operations with broader organizational goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations department. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations management role. Proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of business processes and operational best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions promptly. Experience with financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
