We are looking for a dedicated Assessment Specialist Management Team Administrator to join our team and assist in the efficient and accurate administration of Key processes within the Assessment Management team. Data management and reporting: maintain accurate data to support commission and payment of Assessment Specialists and extract reporting as required. Communication and support: liaise with internal and external customers to support key commissioning processes, delivering a positive user experience. Project involvement: support with the implementation and documentation of user‑friendly working instructions and guidelines for operational processes; contribute to bespoke projects. Ideal Candidate An ideal candidate has the following qualities: Essential Proficient in Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with data, including research, analysis, and visualization. Proficient in Microsoft Word including mail merge. Highly attentive to detail, able to identify inconsistencies in data, and experienced in creating and proofreading written communications for international teams and external customers. Strong communication skills. Desirable 1 to 2 years of proven administration experience, ideally in data management. Knowledge of Power BI. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
