This includes maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, processing government-mandated benefits, and supporting operational efficiency. Responsibilities Maintain and organize employee 201 files and HRIS data, including contracts, IDs, and pre-employment requirements. Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure applicant documentation is complete. Monitor and update databases such as manpower listings, employee contact details, and government compliance records. Ensure timely processing and safekeeping of SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth contributions and loan payments. Assist in employee ID issuance, exit interviews, and HR-related meetings. Act as a point of contact for admin concerns in the absence of immediate supervisors. Qualification Graduate of any course. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Computer literate; knowledge in HRIS is an advantage. Good communication and coordination skills. Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality of employee and company data. #J-18808-Ljbffr
